Productomschrijving

Met dit verlopende T-stuk van VDL maak je in een PVC-drukleiding een aftakking van 90 graden naar een kleinere buismaat. Alle drie de aansluitingen zijn lijmmoffen. Je kiest uit ruim 60 uitvoeringen van PVC-U zonder weekmaker, van 25 x 16 x 25 tot en met 400 x 315 x 400 mm.

Welke maat kies je?

Lees het label als doorgaande leiding x aftakking x doorgaande leiding, telkens de buitendiameter van de buis. Bij 110 x 50 x 110 mm loopt buis van 110 mm door en takt buis van 50 mm af.
Bij 50 x 40/50 x 50 en 63 x 40/50 x 63 mm geeft de catalogus voor de aftakking twee maten, 40 en 50 mm (type C).

Welke drukklasse heb je nodig?

De meeste maten tot en met 160 mm zijn PN16, van 200 tot en met 315 mm PN10 en bij 400 mm PN6. Dit geldt voor water van 20 °C.
Bij 40 x 32 x 40 en 50 x 32 x 50 mm kies je zelf tussen PN10 en PN16.

Waar let je op?

Reinig alle lijmvlakken met PVC-reiniger en gebruik een spleetvullende lijm volgens het voorschrift van de lijmfabrikant.
Op de grondstoffen heeft VDL een KIWA ATA-attest, onder meer voor drinkwater en beregening. Niet voor perslucht.

Moet de aftakking dezelfde maat hebben als de hoofdleiding? Dan gebruik je het VDL PVC T-stuk 90 graden.
